We are a full service catering company providing outstanding food & personable service. Our staff combines the Southern tradition of attention to detail to ensure a memorable experience, and energetic organization to ensure event success. We are based in Pinellas County and have been in business since 2009.  The core of our business is the quality of our food. Our idea is to make each recipe bold….more flavor, richer taste, and an attractive appearance. As part of our services, we can provide everything necessary for your event, all guest serving wares and equipment, tables, chairs, linens, tents, and more. We can provide extra labor to tend bar and assist with cleanup. We can also provide music and assist with venue selection. Bayou Catering can accommodate anything from small private gatherings to large corporate functions.

Bayou Catering provides a wide range of Corporate & Event Catering experiences:
 
Executive Meetings usually require articulate meals with high protein, low carbs, and healthy salads with attention to the needs of vegetarians, those who require gluten-free items, and vegans. We can also provide full coffee and tea service, as well as unique desserts and afternoon snacks.
 
Employee Functions from small 15 person meetings to lunches and dinners for 100 or more, Bayou Catering can balance the expectations of quality menu items with budget considerations as necessary. We can provide delivery only, or provide full service from start to finish.
 
We also have extensive experience in Open House events, Grand Opening events, Company Cookouts, Crawfish Boils and more. 
  


A Message from our Owner


  
Bayou Catering really started many years ago as a way to make a gatherings with friends more fun and special. Instead of ordering pizza, I always wanted to cook something fun and different. In Louisiana, almost everyone cooks - no real event takes place without food being a major component! As I moved to Florida as a Civil Engineer, I knew that my Baton Rouge flavors would not be present, and that I would have to create them, myself. So I started cooking it up and experimenting on my friends. Part Cajun cooking, part Coastal cooking, part Downhome Cookin'.  After a few of my own Christmas Parties, along with a few parties for others….Bayou Catering was born!

I love to cook and entertain. The beauty of this business is getting to pair good food with people looking to have a good time. We provide menu selections that are both traditional, but also unique. We strive to provide the “WOW” factor to an event. Just like in Louisiana, we want our food to be at least a close second to the event itself. Our staff has experience in all aspects of the hospitality industry. We make events efficient, successful, and FUN!

My goal is simple. Let us cook for you, your family, and your friends. I want to give you no choice except to rave about the food, the service, and the professionalism of the event. I want you to let us cook for you again and again….……bon appétit
